The Christmas cacophony has subsided. The noise will return in a few days, when the New Year celebrations begin. We have a couple of days to find our marbles. This is a big deal for people in our area. We’ll roast marshmallows by the fire and talk.
Bill might say: “I guess I don’t have a choice.” But you do. You can decide to do nothing in response to your situation …’
Encourage your readers to make and keep resolutions when you create a site about emotional and mental well-being.
It’s time to inspire and motivate them to put in the hard work necessary to achieve insight and healing.

I have been living on this planet for over 69 years and I have danced with anxiety, mood disorders and depression for most of those years. You can even dance with alcohol addiction and recovery.
It was at times that I felt so lost and stunned that I did not know what to do. I also didn’t think it was possible. So I would drop the fantasy, and move on.
You may have felt this way before. Perhaps now?
Your Pain
Remember, I would not have the right address your pain had I not lived with it over decades. But I’ve lived with it for decades, so I will.
You can live a productive, meaningful and powerful life, no matter how terrible and hopeless your circumstances seem to you. Do not tell me that you cannot.
What is required?
Acceptance, vision, curiosity, creativity, advice, empathy, resolve and resilience are all important. With a few exceptions you can use anything else.
Absolutely, you can do it.
Choices
Bill, you might think, “Well I guess I don’t have a choice.” But, in fact, you can. You can do nothing and let your life wither like the once vibrant and beautiful plant that was never watered.
A suicide attempt doesn’t have to be a physical act.
Do not let yourself fall off the edge. Get your hands dirty, decide what you want and go for it.
