The midlife period is the time to explore new opportunities
It’s a mistake to call it a midlife crisis, because the crisis doesn’t really happen out of nowhere. You may feel a little nagging that you’re not where you expected to be in your 40s.
You’re probably a lot more mature than you were when you were in 20s. Your priorities may have changed and you might realize that your expectations of yourself 20 years ago weren’t very realistic, or even very intelligent.
Consider this: You may wonder, 20 years from now, why you did not try out the things that you wanted to do when you were given the opportunity.

Here are a few ideas to help you through this period of reflection and projecting that marks the midpoint in your life.
Your Career
Your career decision may have been made when you were in high school, or almost certainly in college. You’re different now and that career you thought was perfect may not be right for you.
You can still change it. You should probably do.
