Do you prefer to treat the symptoms or eliminate their cause? I’m all for eliminating the cause. Does it apply to our area? Yes, it is. Regression, for example: its effect on mood and anxiety.

We know that the causes of anxiety and mood disorders are numerous, diverse, and often a mystery.
It’s usually a grand convergence of nature, and nurture.
It could be one or the opposite.
Regressive Underpinnings of
Imagine a case where a depressive condition was determined to be 100% mental – pure nurture. Were we to go as far as saying that the disorder could be “cured” (I’m being cautious) if its psychological underpinnings are discovered and resolved.
It makes sense to me.
My opinion is that regression is one of these underpinnings. We need to know about it. This will be done in two parts.
